Blowout Membership Terms and Conditions

The Weekly Blowout Membership is a monthly program that offers one professional blowout each week to keep you looking and feeling your best.

What’s Included

• One blowout per week (simple shampoo and condition, no scalp massage)

• Blowouts are use it or lose it and do not roll over

• Booking valid Sunday through Thursday only

• Blowouts must be scheduled with participating stylists: Michaela, Holly, Maggie, Sonia, Megan, or Lexie

• Stylists may be reassigned based on availability

• One Bestie Blowout per month — you may gift one of your weekly blowouts to a friend

Membership Perks

• 5% off all retail product purchases

• 50% off all add-on services
  (prices below reflect the discounted rate)

  • $20 for thick/long hair or extensions

  • $10 for scalp massage

  • $10 for deep conditioning

• Additional blowouts available for just $60 each

Enrollment and Fees

• $50 one-time enrollment fee

• Enrollment fee is waived as long as you remain a member for at least 90 days

• If canceled before 90 days, the $50 enrollment fee will be charged upon cancellation

Cancellation and Freeze Policy

• Membership requires a 30-day written notice to cancel

• One freeze allowed per membership, up to 60 days

• A 30-day written notice is also required to freeze the membership

• All written notices must be sent to: info@salonglowchicago.com

• Missed or unused appointments during a pause or freeze do not roll over

Additional Notes

• Appointments must be booked in advance and are subject to availability

• Appointments canceled with less than 12 hours’ notice will forfeit that week’s blowout

• Membership is non-transferable (except for the Bestie Blowout)

• No refunds will be issued for unused services

The Premium Blowout Membership is a monthly program designed to offer a luxurious, consistent styling experience with our most in-demand stylists. Enjoy one professional blowout each week plus exclusive member-only benefits.

What’s Included

• One blowout per week (includes shampoo and condition, no scalp massage)

• Blowouts are use it or lose it and do not roll over

• Booking valid Sunday through Thursday only

• Services must be scheduled with Sydney, Vanessa, Brogan, or Tara

• Stylist assignments may change based on availability

• One Bestie Blowout per month — gift one of your weekly blowouts to a friend

Member Benefits

• 10% off all retail product purchases

• Access to 50% off add-on services:

  • $10 for thick/long hair or extensions

  • $5 for scalp massage

  • $5 for deep conditioning treatment

• Additional blowouts beyond your weekly visit can be booked for $120 each

Blowout Package Terms and Conditions

Blowout packages at Salon Glow Chicago are designed to offer flexible, prepaid access to your favorite styling services at a discounted rate. Please review the following terms and conditions before purchasing.

What’s Included

• Each blowout package includes a set of 5 simple shampoo and blowout services (no scalp massage)

• Services must be booked in advance and are subject to stylist availability

• Packages may only be used for standard blowout services and do not include luxury or upgrade services unless specified at purchase

Booking Guidelines

• Appointments can be booked online via our website or booking platform

• Package services are valid Sunday through Thursday only

• Services must be scheduled with participating stylists only

• Blowout packages are use it or lose it – missed appointments are not credited or refunded

Expiration & Usage

• Packages expire 90 days from the date of purchase unless otherwise noted

• Unused sessions will be forfeited after the expiration date

• Packages may not be extended, transferred, or paused

Add-On Services

• Add-on services such as thick/long hair, deep conditioning, or scalp massage are not included and will be charged separately at checkout

Cancellations & No-Shows

• Cancellations made with less than 12 hours' notice will result in forfeiture of that session

• No-shows will also result in loss of that blowout from your package

• Please respect your stylist’s time by showing up promptly and notifying us in advance if you need to reschedule

Other Terms

• Blowout packages are non-refundable and non-transferable

• Services cannot be exchanged for other services or used toward different service types (such as color or extensions)

• Packages may not be used in conjunction with other promotions or memberships unless stated otherwise

• Stylist may be changed without notice based on availability
