How To Book
The easiest way to book is through our online booking system using the BOOK NOW button.
Not sure what to choose? You can text 773-327-7200 with photos of your current hair and your desired look, and our team will help guide you to the right reservation.
Please keep in mind: If you have long or thick hair, more than 8–10 weeks of grow-out, or would like to add a haircut, add on services may need to be added when booking.
At the beginning of your appointment, your stylist will consult with you and determine what can be safely and realistically achieved within your reservation.
To respect every guest’s appointment, we do not run into the next guest’s reserved time. If your desired result requires more time than your booked reservation, your stylist may adjust the plan for that day or recommend an additional appointment.
New Extension Guests: All new extension guests are required to book an Extension Consultation before scheduling an extension service.
Color Reservations
REFRESH
Choose this reservation for ONE of the following:
Gloss
One color used to refresh the tone of your existing highlights or add shine and richness to your overall hair color.
Gray Coverage Root Touch-Up
Darker color applied to your roots to cover gray or new growth.
IMPORTANT: If booking a Root Touch-Up, you must also add the 30-Minute Blow Dry to your appointment. Do not book a Root Touch-Up without a Blow Dry.
NO BLONDING OR HIGHLIGHTS can be done a Refresh. If you want to add highlights or make your hair lighter, please choose a different reservation.
ADD-ON options

Book this for a trim or haircut that won't require extra time.
Haircut (thick/long hair or transformation)
Book this haircut if you have long or thick hair or want a transformation haircut.
Extra Time
Add this to your color service if you need a blow dry after a root touch-up OR if you have long or thick hair that requires extra time or product to color.
ESSENTIAL
Choose this reservation for ONE of the following:
Partial Lightening
Highlights, lowlights, balayage, foilyage, or other lightening focused around the face and top of the head. This is not for a full head of highlights or lightening.
Gray Coverage Root Touch-Up
Darker color applied to your roots to cover gray or new growth.
All-Over Color
One solid color applied throughout your hair. No highlights or blonding included.
Gloss for Long or Thick Hair
Choose this session if you are booking a gloss and have long or thick hair that requires additional time and product.

Choose this reservation if you have thick hair OR it has been more than 10 weeks since your last lightening appointment.
Partial Lightening + Gray Coverage
Highlights, lowlights, balayage, foilyage, or dimensional color around the face and top of the head, PLUS darker color applied to your roots to cover gray or new growth.
Full Lightening
Highlights, lowlights, balayage, foilyage, or dimensional color throughout the entire head, including the front, top, sides, and back.
If you are looking for a major color change or transformation, please choose a different reservation.

Major Color Change — Short to Medium or Fine to Normal Hair
Choose this reservation if you are looking for a significant change from your current color that will require multiple color steps during one appointment.
DO NOT BOOK THIS SESSION FOR BOX COLOR.

Box Color Correction or Lightening
Choose this reservation if you currently have box color on your hair and want to go lighter or make a major color change.
PLEASE NOTE: Box color can be difficult to remove and the final result may require multiple appointments. Your stylist will determine what can safely be achieved during your first session while protecting the health of your hair.
