Hi, I’m Bailey! I’ve been behind the chair for just over five years and have had the opportunity to do what I love in several places along the way. I was born and raised in Arkansas, began my career there, later worked in Kansas City, and most recently made the exciting move to Chicago in June 2025. Each place has shaped my style and approach to hair, and I love bringing those experiences together to create looks that make my clients feel confident and beautiful.

Over the years I’ve spent countless hours perfecting my craft, with a focus on seamless lived-in color and show-stopping blondes. I love tailoring every service to the individual—whether that means soft, low-maintenance dimension or a bright, head-turning blonde—so each guest leaves with hair that feels uniquely theirs.

When I’m not at the salon, you can usually find me with a book in hand. I’m a huge reader—especially fantasy and romance—and I typically make my way through around 80 books a year. I also love antiquing and have a passion for sourcing Victorian furniture and décor. At home, life is shared with my four baby kitties, and my beautiful wife Haily, who are absolutely my little family.
