What is the first step in the process?

Will my extensions be noticeable?

  • Your extensions will blend seamlessly with your natural hair. We use a variety of color and installation techniques to make them practically invisible.

Can I bring my own hair?

  • No.

How often do I have to come in for maintenance?

  • It depends on the method(s) we use and your hair density. Fine hair is delicate and requires more frequent maintenance, an average is about every 4-6 weeks. If you have average or above-average density you can typically go 6-8 weeks out.

How do I keep my natural hair healthy while wearing extensions?

  • We pride ourselves on not only having elite training for our extensions specialists but also a thorough preparation for our guests to wear and maintain extensions properly. 

Guidelines to being a Glow-getter

PLEASE BE ON TIME TO YOUR APPOINTMENT TO ENSURE THE BEST RESULTS FROM YOUR STYLIST. BEING MORE THAN TEN MINUTES LATE MAY RESULT IN RESCHEDULING YOUR DATE & TIME WITH A LATE CHANGE FEE. EARLY KEEPS YOU GLOWING

ALL BOOKINGS REQUIRE A DEPOSIT.

CANCELLATION / NO SHOW POLICY

RESERVED APPOINTMENTS SUGGEST AT LEAST 24 HOURS NOTICE WHEN CANCELING, RESCHEDULING OR ADJUSTING SERVICES BOOKED.

WE REQUIRE 4 HOURS NOTICE. APPOINTMENTS CHANGED AFTER 4 HOURS WILL BE CHARGED A LATE CHANGE FEE.

NO SHOWING YOUR APPOINTMENT IS A SALON GLOW NO-NO. THIS WILL RESULT IN LOSING YOUR DEPOSIT AND A 100% DEPOSIT WILL BE NEEDED FOR ALL FUTURE BOOKINGS.  MORE THAN 1 NO SHOW WILL RESULT IN A BREAKUP. 

IF YOU NEED TO RESCHEDULE YOUR DEPOSIT WILL BE MOVED TO YOUR NEW APPOINTMENT. 

CHILDREN SAFETY POLICY
FOR THE COMFORT OF ALL OF OUR GUESTS AND ENJOYMENT OF YOUR EXPERIENCE, CHILDREN ARE ONLY PERMITTED IN THE SALON WHEN RECEIVING A SERVICE. FOR SAFETY REASONS AND INSURANCE PURPOSES, NO CHILD UNDER THE AGE OF 12 MAY ACCOMPANY YOU WHILE YOU ARE ENJOYING A SERVICE. WE DO NOT HAVE THE FACILITIES TO CARE FOR CHILDREN. WE CANNOT ASSURE THIER SAFETY IN A PROFESSIONAL, RELAXING ENVIRONMENT. THANK YOU FOR UNDERSTANDING AS WE ENSURE THE RELAXATION OF YOU AND OUR GUESTS.
